To limit the bandwidth for a Domain :

A) Click Performance on your Home page.
 

Select the Switch on bandwidth throttling checkbox.

Input the maximum speed (measured in KB per second) that a domain can share between all its connections in the Maximum network use (KB/S) field.

Click OK.
