Create FTP Account :

A) To log in to your Plesk control panel: click on home  >
1. Allows us to create FTP account for the hosted Domain
 

Click on FTP accounts >
 

Click on Add new FTP accounts

Fill in all the details and click on OK to create new ftp Uid and Password and allocate the permission for the ftp folders.

If u want to reset the password

Click on the Ftp id and this below window opens

Reset the password and save the new Password an Click on OK .
