Create my sql for your customer:

Used to Creat Databases and Database Users for the Domain,

Click on MySql 5 Database



1.) Click on ADD to create new Database Name and SAVE it


 

3.) Add User : used to Add the Users for the created Database Name
Provide Username and Password and Assign Users to the Database and SAVE it
