During the downtime in the year 2009 Manashosting was the only company to provide employment 365 days. Our employees were satisfied since their promotions and increment were provided even at time when many could not get a job. Their growth had not bounds during the downtime when most of the companies around the world either wound up or stopped hiring. At the same time Manashostings’ employees where completely secured and were not concerned about the markets pressure. Manashostings’ HR team played a very vital role in providing as many as 300 jobs during the 2009 downtime.
