FOR GETTING THE LOG IN DETAIL PLEASE FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS

How to get account name :-

At the time of your creating invoice which mail id you have given there, that is your account name.

How to get log in name :-

The log in will be your first eight letters of your domain name, and for your kind Attention if any digit and hyphen (--) mark is there then you have to leave those, You have to count the extension also and the domain name is less then 8 letters then you have take up to end except hypen (---) and dots(....)

How to get Password:-

Please log in to your client area, after that there you will get six icons, out of them you will get an icon named "My Hosting Packages" Please click there, Then in the body you will get another icon "View Detail" Please click there you will get your user id and password below( password is some digits ),

How to log in :-

Beside to your user ID and password you will get an icon "Helm" if you will click there you will be able to browse the log in page there it will ask you three details:- 1)Account name 2) log in name 3) Password In the above we have instructed you how to get those or else you can use this url or ip to get the log in page http://helm.manashosting.biz  OR http://69.50.194.212:8086

After login into your Control Panel

# Please click on my domain, your domain name will come in the list, please click on your domain Name.

# In the next page you will get so many settings out of them you will get a icon Serv-U FTP Please click there.

# In the next page you will get 1 bottom for add, click there then in the next page you will get a squarebox@your domain name.

# in the you have to type info or admin or ram or rahim what ever suitable for you then you have to put your password and confirm password.

# Now you ftp log in will be what info@domain name or admin@domain name or ram@your domain or rahim@your domain what ever you have given in that box that name@ your domain name will be your user id of your ftp and the password which you have given that will be your password.

# For ftp login you have to type in the browser ftp.yourdomainname then it will ask you user id and password then you have to put your user id and password.

Please make your home page as index.htm when you are designing your website...

If you are giving other name then it will not work, and upload your all file inside your wwwroot folder. Please don't upload outside of wwwroot folder. Otherwise it will not work.

1) ftp.your domain name

user id : you have to create by following above steps
password : you have to create by following above steps
Now you can see two folder :

I) logs

II) wwwroot

and you can upload your file from your computer to your webspace server under wwwroot folder.

2) Through ftp software you can also upload file...

And install it in your computer, By click as a student and for home use option at the time of install software.
It will ask you flowing details and you have to fill up the box to upload your website....

profile name : website
host name/address : ftp.your domain name
host type : automatic detect
user id : you have to create by following above steps
password : you have to create by following above steps
click box : Save Password
press apply two time
press ok one time

Now you will see ftp Room to host your website....
Left hand side box is a list of your computer file.....
Right hand side box is your web server file list....
Now click middle arrow mark button to transfer file from Your computer to web server.
Upload your all file inside wwwroot folder.
Note:- On this ftp software click options -->session --> uncheck "use passive transfer mode"

How to create new E-mail ?

Please click domain icon in your control panel..
now click your domain name hyper link Domains list.
now click Email Accounts (POP3)
now click add new button
now give new Email Address and password and click save button.

How to check mail ?

To check your mail please click here http://mail.your domain name or http://www.mail2web.com  when you are checking mail give user ID as full E-mail. not only user name.
Once you enter your mail box click inbox to read your mail.
If you like to use your mail by outlook express then you will find the details from this link http://help.manashosting.in/outlook.html

If your Domain name is less then 8 letter then you have to add the extension also.
